Sean is an analyst with NEF Consulting with experience in quantitative and qualitative research and growing experience within a consultancy role. He is particularly interested in the interactions between the environmental and social impacts of changing agricultural processes.
Sean has worked in five countries and in international, cross-disciplinary projects in the agricultural, environmental and social sciences. He is experienced in preparing, analysing and presenting data from scientific experiments as well as qualitative or quantitative survey data.
Sean was lead researcher on several studies investigating agricultural methods in order to increase environmental sustainability, involving laboratory and field work as well as country-scale surveys with agricultural stakeholders. He has also spent time conducting academic research in Japan, human rights monitoring in Lebanon and teaching English in France.
Sean grew up in South Wales before moving to England for his university studies. He is a proficient French speaker and loves working with and meeting people from different cultures. He is an aspiring guitar player who never quite hit the big time, and an aspiring runner who has never quite reached the top tier of international athleticism. However, that hasn’t stopped him trying.
